Figured it out!

HOLY COW, IT TOOK ME SO LONG TO FIGURE IT OUT ... the reason why many new customers (only new customers) that purchased recently could not login.... it's because, after the recent system update we did,  those new accounts were never actually created.  (banging my head on my desk..)

The problem is fixed ladies and gentleman. From now on, everyone has to created an account to shop with us. The "checkout without account" option is gone. 

so ... my apologizes again to those who suffered in this unfortunately technological glitch. SORRY. i am not particularly feeling smart right now so , hey, at least i figured it out... :P
