Due to rencent custom inspection, We can no longer use EMS to ship to UK. We switched to CSS/DHL shipping service.. It is really expensive but proven to be 100% safe. If you exempt us of all custom clearance responsibilities (ie., no refund no reshipment if package was seized), we can still use EMS for cheaper rate as you wish. Just email us prior to ordering.
We hate this more than anyone. But it is what it is. UK orders is a big chunk of our business and we really hope this is just a temporary situation. We'll post new announcements if we can use EMS safely again.
