an example of a delay shipment by EMS

EMS does not have guaranteed shipping time for our product. They usually arrives within 2 weeks but some shipments do take longer. It could be caused by weather, air traffic control, or warehouse processing ability, etc.

Here is an example of a delayed package. It took 22 days for the next update to show up.

Some customers may also wonder what does "original post is preparing shipment" mean? Does it mean you guys haven't shipped the package? No, it means it has been shipped off and it's on route to the next scan point. It's a bit lost in translation. The chinese version of the tracking clearly stated it as "package has been dispatched."
