Happy holidays everybody! The holiday season is not over, but we can now get back to our normal routine and help everybody better. We've learned our lesson this year. We'll do better next year for sure.We'll get extra help and try more shipping companies through out the year so at time of holiday shipping, we have better routes to get packages out fast.
I really want to take this opportunity to apologize to those whose packages are severely delayed. There are still 20 ish packages from before Dec 16th that's not delivered. After those packages are delivered, I'll send out compensation coupons to everyone that's affected by the holiday delay.
Here are just a few more examples of long delays but positive results. Those of you who are still waiting, hope this give you more faith in Fabaaa and give it a bit more time for the package to make it.

Bottom line, I really wish we had any kinds control over shipping. But too bad we dont... I hate it to be the one that ruined your holiday gift plan and please accept my sincere apologies!
